Description
This type of lantern (style 710) was found in the Friends Meeting House in Newport, Rhode Island (believed to be the oldest Quaker meeting house in the United States).

This lantern with cupolas (style 705) has been used in the Eagle Tavern in Historic Halifax (Raleigh, NC), Old Wash Place (Anderson County, KY) and is similar to a lantern in the Henry Ford Collection (Dearborn, MI).
